Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Announces 2010 Medicare Options

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA) today announced its 2010 selection of individual products for the elderly and people with Medicare. Those eligible are three types of plans to choose from to meet your coverage needs. The options include two Medicare Advantage plans cover everything Original Medicare plus additional benefits, Medex ® two complementary schemes that can be added to the Original Medicare to fill gaps in coverage, and three Blue MedicareRx (Medicare Part D) plan prescription drug option.

Medicare Advantage
BCBSMA Medicare Advantage plans cover everything from traditional Medicare, plus additional benefits, including vision care and routine checkups. BCBSMA offers a plan and a Medicare HMO Blue Medicare PPO plan that includes prescription drug coverage for 2010.


Blue Medicare PPO plan PlusRx

offered at a monthly premium of $ 123.10 and eligible enrollees provides the flexibility to see specialists without a referral and take care physicians from anywhere they travel through the States United States. Medex
